  • Ghee, cumin, ajwain, turmeric

  1. Dry roast bajri ka lot lightly.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, ajwain, green chili.
  3. Add water, salt, turmeric. Bring to boil.
  4. Add bajra flour gradually, stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Cook on low until thick. Serve with buttermilk and pickle.
