- Ghee, cumin, ajwain, turmeric

- Dry roast bajri ka lot lightly.
- Heat ghee, add cumin, ajwain, green chili.
- Add water, salt, turmeric. Bring to boil.
- Add bajra flour gradually, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Cook on low until thick. Serve with buttermilk and pickle.
