  • Warm water, salt
  • Ghee for serving

  1. Mix bajri ka lot with warm water and salt.
  2. Knead soft dough. Pat into thick rotis by hand.
  3. Cook on tawa on high heat, pressing with cloth.
  4. Serve hot with ghee, garlic chutney, and dal.
