Traditional golden besan ladoo — melt-in-mouth festive sweet.

  • 2 cups Swanaaj Besan
  • 1 cup ghee, 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Cardamom, almonds

  1. Roast besan in ghee for 25 min until golden and fragrant.
  2. Cool slightly. Add powdered sugar, cardamom, nuts.
  3. Shape into round ladoos.
