  • 1.5 cups Swanaaj Cashew
  • Onion, tomato, cream, butter
  • Garam masala, kasuri methi

  1. Soak and blend cashews to paste.
  2. Sauté onion, ginger-garlic. Add tomato puree and cashew paste.
  3. Add cream, spices. Simmer 15 min.
  4. Finish with kasuri methi and butter.
