- Onion, tomato, cream, butter
- Garam masala, kasuri methi

- Soak and blend cashews to paste.
- Sauté onion, ginger-garlic. Add tomato puree and cashew paste.
- Add cream, spices. Simmer 15 min.
- Finish with kasuri methi and butter.
