Dal Dhokli
Traditional Gujarati one-pot meal with spiced wheat dumplings in toor dal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Khajoori Tuver Dal Tukda
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Jaggery, tamarind, peanuts
- Ghee for tempering

Instructions
- Cook dal with turmeric, jaggery, tamarind until soft.
- Make stiff dough with wheat flour, turmeric, chili powder, oil, salt.
- Roll thin and cut into diamond shapes.
- Drop into boiling dal. Cook 15 min. Add peanuts.
- Temper with ghee, mustard, cumin, hing, curry leaves.
