Creamy slow-cooked dal makhani with urad dal.

- 1 cup Swanaaj Urad Gota
- Butter, cream, tomato puree
- Garam masala, kasuri methi

- Soak urad dal overnight. Pressure cook until soft.
- Add rajma (optional). Cook with butter, cream, tomato puree.
- Simmer on low for 1 hour. The longer, the better.
- Finish with cream and kasuri methi.
