Dal Tadka Restaurant Style
Rich and creamy restaurant-style dal tadka with smoky tempering.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Wazir Oily Tukda Tuver Dal
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 6 garlic cloves, sliced
- 3 dried red chilies
- 1 cup tomato puree
- Red chili, coriander powder, salt

Instructions
- Soak 1.5 cups dal for 30 min. Pressure cook with turmeric and salt until soft.
- Mash the dal well. Add water to desired consistency.
- For tadka: Heat ghee, add cumin, garlic, dried red chilies, hing.
- Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates. Add red chili powder, coriander powder.
- Pour tadka over dal. Simmer 10 min.
