  • Dried chilies, garlic, ginger
  • Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar

  2. Sauté garlic, ginger. Add chili paste and chili powder.
  3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar. Simmer 10 min.
  4. Store in airtight jar.
