  • Ghee, cumin, bay leaf, cardamom

  1. Wash and soak rice 20 min.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, bay leaf, cardamom.
  3. Add rice, sauté 2 min. Add water, salt.
  4. Cook on low 15 min. Fluff with fork.
