  • 1 cup Swanaaj Cashew
  • 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water
  • Ghee for greasing

  1. Grind cashews to fine powder.
  2. Make sugar syrup to one-string consistency.
  3. Add cashew powder. Stir on low heat.
  4. Transfer to greased plate. Roll thin. Cut diamonds.
