Classic North Indian matar paneer in rich tomato gravy.

- 1 cup Swanaaj Green Matar
- 200g paneer, onion, tomato
- Garam masala, turmeric, chili

- Soak green matar. Boil until tender.
- Fry paneer cubes until golden. Set aside.
- Sauté onion, ginger-garlic. Add tomato puree, spices.
- Add peas and paneer. Simmer 10 min.
