Classic North Indian matar paneer in rich tomato gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Swanaaj Green Matar
  • 200g paneer, onion, tomato
  • Garam masala, turmeric, chili

  1. Soak green matar. Boil until tender.
  2. Fry paneer cubes until golden. Set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, ginger-garlic. Add tomato puree, spices.
  4. Add peas and paneer. Simmer 10 min.
