  • Curry leaves, pepper, ginger, green chili
  • Oil for frying

  1. Soak urad dal 4 hours. Grind to fluffy batter (no water).
  2. Add salt, curry leaves, pepper, ginger, green chili.
  3. Wet hands, make donut shapes.
  4. Deep fry until golden and crispy.
