  • Onion, coconut, goda masala
  • Farsan, pav

  1. Soak white vatana overnight. Pressure cook until tender.
  2. Prepare kat (spicy gravy): onion, coconut, spices. Blend smooth.
  3. Cook kat. Add cooked vatana.
  4. Serve topped with farsan, onion, lemon, coriander with pav.
