- Farsan, pav

- Soak white vatana overnight. Pressure cook until tender.
- Prepare kat (spicy gravy): onion, coconut, spices. Blend smooth.
- Cook kat. Add cooked vatana.
- Serve topped with farsan, onion, lemon, coriander with pav.
