  • 1 cup rice, mixed vegetables
  • Ghee, cumin, turmeric

  1. Wash rice and mix dal together.
  2. Add chopped vegetables (potato, carrot, peas).
  3. Cook in pressure cooker with ghee, cumin, turmeric.
  4. Serve with curd and pickle.
