Rich festive moong dal halwa — traditional Rajasthani sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Swanaaj Mung Daal
  • 1 cup ghee, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk
  • Cardamom, nuts

  1. Soak mung dal 4 hours. Grind to coarse paste.
  2. Roast in ghee for 30 min until golden.
  3. Add warm milk gradually. Add sugar, cardamom.
  4. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
