Moong Dal Halwa
Rich festive moong dal halwa — traditional Rajasthani sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Swanaaj Mung Daal
- 1 cup ghee, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk
- Cardamom, nuts

- Soak mung dal 4 hours. Grind to coarse paste.
- Roast in ghee for 30 min until golden.
- Add warm milk gradually. Add sugar, cardamom.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
