  • Onion, tomato, ginger-garlic
  • Cumin, chili, coriander, garam masala

  2. Sauté onion paste until dark golden. Add ginger-garlic, tomato puree, spices.
  3. Add rajma with water. Simmer 20 min.
  4. Mash a few beans for creaminess. Garnish with coriander.
