- Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook until tender.
- Sauté onion paste until dark golden. Add ginger-garlic, tomato puree, spices.
- Add rajma with water. Simmer 20 min.
- Mash a few beans for creaminess. Garnish with coriander.
