  • Ghee, cumin, hing, lemon

  1. Wash dal. Add to pressure cooker with water, turmeric, salt, tomato, green chili.
  2. Cook 2 whistles.
  3. Quick temper: ghee, cumin, hing. Pour over dal.
  4. Add lemon and coriander. Done!
