  • 1 cup Fasal Toor Dal
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Sambar powder, tamarind
  • Mustard seeds, curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook toor dal until soft.
  2. Boil vegetables (drumstick, brinjal, carrot, beans) with sambar powder and tamarind water.
  3. Add cooked dal. Simmer 10 min.
  4. Temper with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried chilies, hing.
  5. Serve with idli, dosa, or rice.
