- 1 cup Fasal Toor Dal
- Mixed vegetables
- Sambar powder, tamarind
- Mustard seeds, curry leaves

Instructions
- Cook toor dal until soft.
- Boil vegetables (drumstick, brinjal, carrot, beans) with sambar powder and tamarind water.
- Add cooked dal. Simmer 10 min.
- Temper with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried chilies, hing.
- Serve with idli, dosa, or rice.
