Shahi Dal Makhani Style
Creamy, buttery dal inspired by dal makhani using premium Shahi Dawat toor dal.

- 1.5 cups Shahi Dawat Tuver Dal Tadka
- 3 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup cream
- Tomato puree, garam masala, kasuri methi

- Cook Shahi Dawat dal until very soft.
- Heat butter, sauté ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomato puree, cook 10 min. Add spices.
- Add dal, cream. Simmer on low 20 min.
- Finish with butter and kasuri methi.
