Shahi Dal Makhani Style

Creamy, buttery dal inspired by dal makhani using premium Shahi Dawat toor dal.

  • 1.5 cups Shahi Dawat Tuver Dal Tadka
  • 3 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup cream
  • Tomato puree, garam masala, kasuri methi

  1. Cook Shahi Dawat dal until very soft.
  2. Heat butter, sauté ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Add tomato puree, cook 10 min. Add spices.
  4. Add dal, cream. Simmer on low 20 min.
  5. Finish with butter and kasuri methi.
