  • Onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon

  1. Soak mung beans overnight. Drain and wrap in cloth for 12 hours to sprout.
  2. Lightly steam sprouts or eat raw.
  3. Toss with onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon, chaat masala.
