  • Saffron, fried onions

  1. Parboil rice with whole spices until 70% done.
  2. Cook vegetables in gravy with biryani masala and yogurt.
  3. Layer rice and vegetables. Add saffron milk and fried onions.
  4. Cook on dum for 25 min.
